The Team Behind the Evidence
VISION
To be the most trusted analytical partner for organisations working at the frontier of global health — where evidence meets action.
MISSION
To deliver rigorous, context-sensitive consulting services that empower health organisations and decision-makers to act on data with confidence. Through expert analysis, strategic advisory, and hands-on capacity building, we help our partners generate better evidence, design more effective programmes, and build lasting analytical capability.
Because Rigorous Evidence Saves Lives
StatBridge Consulting was built on a simple conviction: that the gap between complex health data and better health decisions is a methodological problem — and one that rigorous statistical and epidemiological expertise can solve. We work at the intersection of statistics, mathematical modelling, epidemiology, and global health to close that gap for the organisations doing the most consequential work in public health.
Led by Dr Kipkoech Mutai — a dual-doctorate statistician and mathematical modeller (University of Bristol and University of Cape Town) with nearly 15 years of experience across East and Southern Africa, the UK, and international institutions including UNAIDS
We bring rigorous epidemiological and statistical methods — including disease modelling, impact evaluation, and health data systems — grounded in direct field experience and peer-reviewed research
We partner with universities, research consortia, ministries of health, international NGOs, and multilateral agencies — across Sub-Saharan Africa, the UK, and beyond

What makes StatBridge different is how we work — and why it matters
Deep Expertise
Our work is led by a dual-doctorate statistician with expertise spanning biostatistics, epidemiological modelling, and global health. Peer-reviewed publications and nearly 15 years of real-world advisory experience mean you get academic rigour applied to practical problems — not theory disconnected from the field.
Cross regional experience
We have worked directly in East and Southern Africa, the UK, and across international health institutions — not as observers, but as analysts, advisers, and researchers embedded in these contexts. This means our recommendations reflect how health systems actually function, not how they appear in textbooks.
Your Partners, Not Just Your Consultants
We work alongside your team — not above it. Whether you need a statistician embedded in a grant application process, a modeller supporting a rapid programme review, or a trainer building your team's analytical capability, we adapt to how you work rather than asking you to adapt to us.
Reproducible, Transparent Methods
We apply rigorous, reproducible methods — from Bayesian modelling to systematic evidence synthesis — and document our approach so that clients can interrogate, build on, and trust our findings.
